Please read these Terms and Service (“Terms”, “Terms and Service”) carefully before using the GoldCoin24K.com website (the “Service”) operated by GoldCoin24K (“us”, “we”, or “our”, “GoldCoin24K”). These Terms explain our obligations to you, and your obligations to us. By accessing and using the Service you (the customer “You”, “your” and “Customer”) will automatically be taken to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by the Terms please cease all access to the GoldCoin24K.com website and its accompanying services.
Eligibility
By visiting or using the Service you represent and warrant to GoldCoin24K and agree that:

If Customer is a company, (i) Customer is duly organized and validly existing under the applicable laws of the jurisdiction of its organization; (ii) execution and delivery of these Terms have been duly authorized by Customer; and (iii) each person executing and delivering these Terms and other transactions contemplated on behalf of Customer has been duly authorized by Customer to do so.

It is legal to use the Service in your country of residence. You represent and warrant that by using the Service you do not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you.
General
GoldCoin24K token (“Token”) is a digital asset created by GoldCoin24K. The Token is backed by physical gold of 99.9 percent purity. Each Token equals 1 gram of physical gold. The physical gold is stored in a secure vault operated by BRINK’s.
The GoldCoin24K website enables you to obtain information on the Token, purchase the Token from us for decentralized cryptocurrencies, and sell the Token to us for decentralized cryptocurrencies. Customers can purchase/sell the Token from/to GoldCoin24K at the rate stated at https://GoldCoin24K.com. The rates are subject to market fluctuations. Sales of over X Tokens at the GoldCoin24K website may result in your transaction being delayed for 72 hours.
The Token can be purchased or sold at third-party exchanges. Such exchanges are not under the control of GoldCoin24K; hence, terms and rates (which may differ from the ones stated at the GoldCoin24K.com website) of those exchanges will apply.
All physical gold stored in the BRINK’s vault is fully insured, 100% of the time. No interest is paid on the gold stored in the vault.
The total number of Tokens in circulation always equals the total amount of gold in the vault.
Ownership
When you buy GoldCoin24K, you are acquiring a precise quantity of physical gold that will be securely stored in BRINK’s vault. This gold remains exclusively your property. The precious metals stored on behalf of our users are at all times owned by the users themselves, not by GoldCoin24K or any associated entity.
Conversely, when you sell GoldCoin24K back to us, you are transferring ownership of a specific amount of physical gold to us, making us the new owners of the gold sold.
Fees
You authorize GoldCoin24K to assess fees based on the usage of the following services:

Storage Fees: A Storage Fee will be charged for the secured holding and insurance of the Metals and an administrative fee charged by GoldCoin24K or its affiliates for procuring these services on your behalf.

Bank Wire Fees: A Bank Wire Fee will be charged for wiring funds from your User Account which fees are described more particularly on the “Fees” page of the Website.

Other Fees: GoldCoin24K reserves the right to charge other fees for specific services which fees and services are described more particularly on the “Fees” page of the Website. The schedule of fees on the “Fees” page of the Website is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this GoldCoin24K Agreement.
Fees are subject to change effective immediately upon any change being posted to the “Fees” page of the Website. Bank Wire Fees are disclosed and require your consent at the time of processing such transactions via your User Account. Confirming the order or funds transfer through your User Account will constitute acceptance of these fees at the time of completing the transaction.
Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are extremely volatile and carry a high degree of risk. The price movements of cryptocurrencies, tokens, and digital assets are influenced by various factors, including changing supply and demand relationships, market sentiment, and press releases, which often cause significant price fluctuations. By using the Services, you declare and warrant that:

GoldCoin24K does not provide investment advice nor does it offer any opinion to the Client on whether purchasing the Token is wise, timely, or suitable. Nothing on the GoldCoin24K.com website shall be construed as financial advice to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, sale, or transaction of your Token is appropriate based on your personal objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance. System Availability
GoldCoin24K will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Service is available at all times, except during reasonable periods for maintenance.
Taxes
The Client is solely responsible for the payment of all taxes incurred as a result of using the Service. The Client will indemnify and hold harmless GoldCoin24K from all taxes, fines, or interests claimed by any governmental agency for payments made to the Client in accordance with these Terms.
Use Restrictions
Your permission to use the Site is conditioned upon the following use, posting, and conduct restrictions:
You agree that under no circumstances will you:

By definition, transactions involving cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are final. Once a transaction is made, it cannot be reversed.
